Cooking
Put on your aprons, get cooking and learn how to make antipasto, pasta, a main course and dessert with Executive Chef Antonio. He, along with his Executive chef team will lead you through an appetizer, pasta, main dish and dessert using fresh local produce. After the meal everyone enjoys the foods prepared in class with an outside lunch on the garden terrace with wine and water (weather permitting). This hands-on cooking class features local southern Italian recipes and a healthy accent on the Mediterranean diet.
Watercolor Painting
After your cooking class, join Pasquale Volpe for a private watercolor class “in open air.” Pasquale, whose watercolors are so soft and yet so striking on the canvas, captures the ever-changing pastels of the Amalfi Coast’s sea and sky. He has an accolade of awards and exhibitions, and he shares these techniques and sentiments with you. Castles, sand, sun, and “la bella luna” are just a few of his subject matters. With the dramatic and inspiring view of the Amalfi Coast as your backdrop, Pasquale leads you through the two-hour, hands-on class. He is a graduate of the Galileo Galilei College of Naples.
