Cooking Vacations is offering rescheduling options for every guest who was reserved for prior to covid and following covid including those without travel insurance or denied travel insurance. This policy was originally offered through 2022, and has been extended to the end of 2023. When rescheduling your cooking program and following protocol, we need to know if you have travel insurance, and will help you with any documents that you require to file your insurance claim with your travel insurance company. Below are details on how to reschedule during this fragile time. We suggest to please let us know your new travel dates when rescheduling so we can check availability and any new pricing. At the time of rescheduling, Cooking Vacations requires that you fill out a new reservations form with new terms based on Italian law and protocol, Italian venders, and our insurance company’s terms and rules. Even if you have canceled your travel insurance with your travel insurance company, Cooking Vacations will reschedule your cooking program for a future date based on availability, and with any price increase. If you have a confirmed booking that is either paid in full or with a deposit, regardless of the date of travel, we will work with you to reschedule your trip for your original cooking program to the end of the 2023 season. No rescheduling reservations will be honored beyond the end of the season – November 5, 2023. All rescheduled cooking programs are subject to availability, any price differences and the new terms. For all new rescheduled trips, we first need to check availability, provide the new price and have each guest fill out a new reservation form. Once you reschedule and fill out a new reservation form, the remaining payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Rescheduled trips need to be booked and completed as soon as possible and are subject to any rate changes/price increases. No trips are available for rescheduling after November 5, 2023, the end of the season, except for the Francomano group. Our venders are honoring any rescheduled cooking programs through to November 5, 2023. As you know when we make a promise to you upon reserving, we make a promise to our venders, and then send payment to our venders for your reservation, therefore Cooking Vacations does not offer credits, monies back or refunds in full or partial of any kind. All sales are final. Cooking Vacations under these extreme conditions of covid, and to make it fair for everyone, is offering rescheduling options for all cooking programs during 2020 to 2023. All rescheduled cooking program trips must be made as soon as possible and taken before the end the November 2023 season. It is a very busy time, and spaces are limited due to the many rescheduling of post-covid travelers. Cooking Vacations highly suggests travel insurance.
