Join Chefs Salvatore and Signora Anna and learn how to make limoncello and lemon desserts – lemon profiteroles, delicious baked puffs filled with homemade limoncello cream, torta Anacapre and lemon gelato – to name a few. Our chefs use organic lemons from the gardens of Capri and farm-to-table ingredients for delicious desserts and limoncello!
We start off the class with an informal discussion on the history behind the lemons and how they arrived on Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Following, everyone will peel, mix and make the famous lemon liqueur called, limoncello. As the lemons bathe in the secret recipe, follow Chef Salvator and prepare lemon scented pastry cream for the profiteroles or torta Anacapre or limone tiramisu. Our chefs share their family recipes for the most delicious lemon creations on Capri. You will create two lemon-inspired desserts and limoncello. Following the hands-on cooking class, everyone enjoys the lemon dessert that were made in the cooking class with limoncello, coffee and tea. A Capri Lemon Lifestyle recipe book filled with delicious lemon recipes is included, along with a bottle of Capri limoncello!
Program Price:
$335 per person, price based on 2 guests.
Cooking Classes start in the morning at 10:30am or in the afternoon at 4:30pm. Other times available upon request.
