Pizza Fritte and Panzerotti Rome
Our Roman pizza fritte and panzertotti making class brings you up close with our chef showing you how to mix, knead and prepare these two delicious specialities in Rome. Learn the technique of making the dough and rolling it out, then flash-frying each one and garnishing with tomato sauce and Parmigiano cheese. You’ll also learn how to prepare panzerotti, delicate squares of dough filled with mozzarella and herbs flash-fried and garnished with tomato sauce Parmigiano cheese and fresh basil.
During the cooking class, also prepare seasonal salads to accompany your pizza fritte and panzerotti with a dessert. Following each class, everyone enjoys the food that was prepared in the kitchen with a toast of white or red wine included, and soft drinks for children. Weather permitting, everyone dines on the terrace for a beautiful view overlooking the city of Rome.
