Almond and rucola pesto made with Sicilian almonds is the perfect sauce for pasta.  This pesto sauce, made with rucola instead of basil, is a delightful twist on the traditional recipe. The versatile pesto sauce can be used to garnish bruschetta, topped on meats or drizzled on roasted garden vegetables.   

Ingredients
  • A bunch of rocket salad
  • 200 grams of almonds
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
