Chop finely grated Parmesan, and mix it with the softened butter, flour, salt and pepper.

Create a homogeneous mixture; form a ball and wrap it in plastic.

Leave to rest and pack all the ingredients for about 1⁄2 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough and make the desired shapes.

Bake in preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
