Discover Mount Etna’s diverse viticulture spanning 18 hectares of this estate! Learn about the complexities of how climate and soil contribute to the essence of indigenous Nerello Macales, Nerrello Cappuccio, Carricante, Minella, and Nero d’Avola grape varieties.
Your Sicily wine tour starts with an introduction and walk through the vineyard with our English-speaking sommelier. From the vineyard, the tour continues to the winery where you visit the palmento, the ancient stone press dating back to the 1700s. Following, you will continue to the antique cellar where you will enjoy a tasting including the award-winning wine and full course Catania cooking style lunch with pasta reale, traditional Sicilian almond cookies.
